Pipe Repair Shipping Instructions
DO NOT Ship pipes without our approval. Any pipes delivered after 4/12/24 without approval will be considered a gift and not be returned.
WHEN YOU HAVE APPROVAL TO SHIP YOUR PIPE WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHOOSE A BOX AND PACKING MATERIAL THAT WILL PROTECT YOUR PIPE(S) FOR ROUND-TRIP SHIPPING FROM OUR LOCATION IN GOLDEN, COLORADO. WE WILL BE USING THE SAME BOX AND PACKING MATERIAL TO RETURN YOUR PIPE TO YOU ONCE THE REPAIRS ARE COMPLETED AND ADDITIONAL COSTS MAY BE INCURRED BY THE CUSTOMER SHOULD A NEW BOX/PACKING BE REQUIRED FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT.
WE ALSO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE ON YOUR SHIPMENT.
A typical box dimension for a KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas 250/300 is no less than 20x13x13. A Honda/Yamaha 125/250 is no less than 26x17x12. Boxed pipes typically have a shipping weight of 8-14lbs.
You can usually find appropriate boxes and packing supplies at shipping stores (UPS, Fed-EX, USPS), home improvement stores (Home Depot, Lowes, ACE, etc.) or office supply stores (Staples, Office Max, etc.).
For the best shipping rates to our shop, our customers have had good luck using www.pirateship.com to purchase discounted shipping labels from UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, etc.
Please be sure to include your full contact information INSIDE THE BOX, including name, address, phone number, email address, and a description of the year/make/model of bike(s) the pipe(s) came off of.
We will use this information to confirm when you pipe(s) arrive and then again once the work is completed to collect a payment for the service and return shipping.
A tracking number will be provided once the pipe(s) is/are on the way back to you.
Local Customers:
You can drop off and pick up your pipe at our Aurora location. Please use the website to enter your order. After filling in your information you will be directed to the SHIPPING portion whereby you will have the option for "Pick up at Aurora CO location". Once your order is completed you may drop off the pipe at 19823 East Vassar ave, Aurora, CO 80013.
